Original DNA uploads: restricted administrator archive
New original DNA uploads are retained encrypted in a separate archive accessible only to authorized DNAObs administrators. Account deletion removes your account and analysis data; original uploads in this archive remain under the retention policy. They still contain genetic personal data.

Older temporary uploads still available when an account is deleted may be added to the archive at that time. The 1, 6, or 24 hour setting for temporary analysis buffers does not change this archive period or erase archived originals. You can request access to or erasure of archived uploads through DNAObs support, including after your account is deleted. Please do not attach raw DNA to your initial message.
