DNAObs terms of service

DNAObs is software for educational interpretation of an existing DNA export. It does not collect biological samples or provide a clinical diagnosis.

Using the service

Upload only DNA data that you are entitled to submit and for which you have the necessary consent.
Check the file capability summary before purchase. Some formats or missing markers cannot support particular modules.
Interpretation is limited by file quality, reference data and the validation status explained in each report.

The current price and currency are displayed at checkout. The advertised analysis purchase is a one-time payment.
A full refund removes the related analysis entitlement. Partial refunds retain access. An open or lost payment dispute suspends that entitlement; a resolved winning dispute restores it unless a full refund applies.
Saved reports remain available under the account retention policy; they are not a promise of indefinite hosting or automatic future scientific updates.
Contact support for refund requests or purchase problems. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.

Do not use an association, an absent marker or a model estimate as a diagnosis or treatment decision. Discuss important findings with a qualified professional.
You can manage saved reports, withdraw consent, export data and request account deletion.
Availability can be affected by maintenance, input incompatibility or service failures. Processing estimates are not guaranteed completion times.
